Die-Cut Offset Liner vs. "Crack and Peel" or slit liner

Currently, we do not offer a crack-and-peel or back-slit liner option. However, we provide a die-cut offset liner that makes peeling easier without the need for a split back.

How Our Die-Cut Offset Liner Works

Instead of cutting the liner and sticker evenly, our method leaves a small margin (approximately 0.125″ – 0.15″, depending on the product). This offset allows you to bend the liner in the gap, making it easier to peel off the sticker.

Benefits of the Offset Liner Cut:

  • Easier Peeling – Simply bend the liner to lift the sticker edge
  • Precise Cutting – Ensures a clean, professional look
  • Keeps Intricate Shapes Intact – Prevents delicate designs from separating
  • Protects Edges – Keeps sticker edges clean until ready to use

This method eliminates the frustration of peeling traditional die-cut stickers and keeps your designs looking sharp until you’re ready to apply them!
